III, sess. 2, cap. 107., that is to say, sectiona I to 31, 34 to 39, all inclusive, be repealed, and that for the body of trustees “ in sections 32, and 40 to 53, all inclusive, there be substituted “the local Board.” Also that in the local Act, 5 WIll. IV, sess. 1835, in the section wholly contained in page 46 of that Act for the “the Trustees” therein mentioned be substituted “the local Board.” |
