1 The Inspector recommended, “That certain sections of the local Act, 47 Geo. III, sess. 2, cap. 107., that is to say, sections 1 to 31, 34 to 39, all inclusive, be repealed, and that for the body of "trustees" in sections 32, and 40 to 53, all inclusive, there be substituted “the local Board.” Also that in the local Act, 5 Will. IV, sess. 1835, in the section wholly contained in page 45 of that Act for the “the Trustees” therein mentioned be substituted “the local Board.”
