Tithes Computation Act

I've tried researching this act, but can't find reference to it explicitly. Could it be a typo by the essayist, or by Jenkins himself? Could Jenkins have been referring to the 1836 Tithe Commutation Act?

Since Jenkins' entry is dated 1833, and that his father was surveying, I find it more compelling that he was referring to the computation of the Tithe Commutation Act.
